The Electric Daisy Carnival is the place to be this weekend as summer in Vegas kicks into high gear. The three-day EDM event will offer a mix of energetic performances, full-size carnival rides, art, and lots of other goodies for the senses.
Performances
Entertainment will be virtually non-stop with performances scheduled on multiple stages all night long. Kinetic Field is the largest of the stages, but there will be plenty of action on Cosmic Meadow, which also offers a lush lawn setting. You can find a wall of sound and lights at Circuit Grounds, or, if you prefer techno and house, Neon Garden is where you’ll want to be. Basspod is self-explanatory, and Wasteland is where you’ll hear harder-edged beats. There are eight stages in total, and you’ll even hear music coming from some of the art cars that will be roaming the speedway. There are over 250 performers scheduled including well-known artists like:

Rides
The carnival-style rides will include festival favorites such as bumper cars, a glowing Ferris wheel, and lots of things that twist, turn, and twirl. All rides are free for attendees.
Art
Fire-breathing metal creatures, glow-in-the-dark creations, and 3D wooden structures are just some of the works of art that will be on display at EDC. Don’t forget to check out the interactive art installations that will be scattered throughout the speedway.
Getting There
Making your way to EDC can be an adventure in itself. While you can get there in an Uber or taxi, consider booking a Las Vegas party bus if you’re planning to go with a group. Arrangements can be made in advance and you won’t have to worry about parking or waiting around too long for your ride.
EDC Las Vegas will take place June 17 through 19 at the Las Vegas Motor Speedway. The parking lot will open at 5pm and nightly shows will run from 7pm to 5:30am.
