Memorial Day Weekend in Las Vegas is guaranteed to be the most epic party you’ve ever attended. We’re listing our Turnt 10 with a few extra event listings to help you keep the party going. If you want to turn up your week, stay tuned!
1. May 19,2016: RL Grime at Encore Beach Club at Night:
Looks like the soul of “grime” music, RL Grime, is performing at Encore’s Beach Club at Night! Mr. Grime is known for producing hip-hop, trap, and grime music. He’ worked and collaborated with various hip-hop artists such as Big Sean, and Kanye West. Get in your bikinis ladies to enjoy Encore Beach Club’s three-tiered pool complex, “lily pad” water lounges, and pagoda showers. RL Grime’s tough bass will knock your heels off! Better come prepared to dance.
2. May 20, 2016: Lil Jon at Hakkasan
Lil Jon may best be known as the “King of Crunk,” for all his southern styled party anthems. He has been in the music industry for decades as a rapper, producer, and song writer. More recently however, he has hit the EDM world with a vengeance that can only be summed up by his favorite three phrases: “Yeahhhhhh! Whattt? Okayyy!” He teamed up with DJ Snake in 2015 to give us “Turn Down for What.” You don’t want to miss Lil Jon and his classic party animal personae this Friday. He’ll get you all the way turnt up!
3. May 21,2016: Laidback Luke at Daylight
Start your Saturday off at Mandalay Bay’s exclusive beach club Daylight. Daylight is known for showcasing the world’s hottest electric dj’s and dopest artists in the first ever “open air entertainment-destination” in Las Vegas. Daylight’s pool is 4,400-square-feet! You know how many half-naked bodies can fit in that? Your guess is as good as mine. Be sure to be one of them this Saturday with popular E.D.M. DJ, Laidback Luke.
4. May 22, 2016:Martin Garrix at Wet Republik
Martin Garrix is one of the youngest and most accomplished international DJs in the wolrld. After gaining notoriety and fame for his single, “Animals” in 2013, Garrix eventually ventured off to start his own record label, STMPD Records. He released his new single, “Now That I Found You,” earlier this year through STMPD Records. Come see him perform at one of the most epic day clubs on the Las Vegas strip, Wet Republic. Similar to Mandalay Bay’s Daylight, this adult pool has an open-air concept pool. Wet Republic has won countless awards for being the best pool party and for having the best dj line ups. Join in on the ultimate pool party, it’s a classic, good time that you can not miss on!
5. May 23, 2016: Juicy J at Marquee Mondays
Juicy J will be hitting the stage for Marquee Mondays. If you haven’t heard of Juicy J, you must be living under a rock, or you haven’t turned on your radio in the past 5 years! However, with much respects to Juicy J, he has actually been in the music industry since 1991 as a member of the group Three 6 Mafia. He is a music producer, song writer, and rapper. Juicy has worked with everyone from 2 Chainz to Katy Perry. No matter the arena, Juicy has dominated and will continue to. See for yourself this Monday!
6. May 24, 2016: Afrojack at OMNIA
Afrojack will be lighting up the turn tables at OMNIA this Tuesday. Afrojack is an internationally known DJ, remixer, and record producer. He’s worked on Beyonce’s “Run the World (Girls)” and Pitbull’s number 1 single. “Everything.” Have your Tuesday goin’ UP! See the talented DJ at OMNIA for an unforgettable evening.
7. May 25, 2016: DJ Mustard at Light Night Club
DJ Mustard will be on the 1’s and 2’s at his frequent hot spot, Light Night Club. The Los Angeles native DJ is known for producing some of the most popular club bangerz in the past couple of years. His signature sound can be heard on almost every West Coast track. Listen to your favorite hip-hop club tracks and tell me you don’ t hear, “Mustard on the Beat Ho.” If you’re in the mood to let loose and “twerk” it out, you must see this all star live.
8. May 26, 2016: Skrillex at Encore Beach Club at Night
Encore’s resident DJ Skrillex is back! He’ll be performing at Vegas’ favorite night swim, Encore Beach Club. Prep for the amazingly, wild weekend with Skrillex this Thursday.
9. May 27, 2016: Joe Jonas at Hyde Night Club
Joe Jonas is popularly known as one of the members and brothers of the pop sensation, the “Jonas Brothers.” Recently, he has been working on a solo project. Be sure to show your support on Friday night at Hyde night club. If you’ve never been to Hyde, you’re not only missing out on the good music, and amazing drinks, but also, the beautiful view of the Bellagio fountains! Get a VIP booth to be closer to the floor to ceiling mass window that connects the indoor and out door space. It’s an extremely beautiful sight, and also a much needed fresh breath of air!
10. May 28, 2016: Kaskade at XS
Kaskade is a house hold name in the Electric Dance genre. He has been DJing and headlining music festivals for many years. Check out his classic remixes at an equally classic venue, XS this Saturday.
